Our Fees

We are always up front and honest with you when it comes to our fees from the outset of your case, as we want you to be confident in our service and know exactly what you are paying for and how much, so there are no unhappy surprises along the way.

So, in addition to the FREE 20 minute telephone consultation with one of our Solicitors at the start of your case, we have detailed below the services we offer and, where appropriate, the fixed fees we charge, so you are fully aware before you contact us, what you will be charged. Then, once the Solicitor has discussed your case with you, then depending on the complexity, they will confirm the fixed fee chargeable to you prior to commencing work on your behalf.

Immigration

Generally, we routinely offer a fixed fee payment option whereby we will propose a fee to deal with your entire case prior to engaging service.

We recognise however, that in some cases, your circumstances may be complex and require more time incurred by ourselves to ensure your case is handled with the highest care and expertise and therefore, in the interests of transparency, we have detailed below our illustrative fee guide on both a fixed fee and hourly billing basis.

In cases of withdrawn instructions, dependent on your billing model, you may be liable to pay the full fees agreed to or, at a bare minimum, all work already completed will be subject to our minimum hourly rates of £300 per hour plus VAT and any incurred disbursements at the point of withdrawal.

Below please find a list of fees for the most popular types of service. For any other service not listed below, please contact our Administrative Team for a free no obligation discussion and fee quote.

The Fees quoted cover general matters such as the initial consultation, considering documents and advising on timelines, drafting statements, providing a tailored made list of documents specific to your case to support the application, assessing each document to ensure the best chance of success, making the application, booking an appointment at the visa centre, full preparation of the application pack with detailed legal representations, where applicable to your individual case.

The cost quoted does not include where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal.
